Favorite Book 📚

Today I have to write about my favorite book… It’s kind of hard for me, because I don’t have one! There are too many different writers and varieties that makes hard for me to pick one.

I’ve always like to read, when I was in high school I remember I read all the best seller series such a Harry Potter, Twilight, The Hunger Games (haha). My favorite writer in those times was Alberto Fuguet, because I could feel related to the stories that he tells in his books.  But as the times gone by I have change my preference to a different kind. (That’s why is hard to decide!).

So, I decided I’m going to write about one book that I’ve recently read and change me in some ways.
The book is “The Second Sex” by the feminist writer Simone de Beauvoir. It’s one of the most important books of feminism and it was written in 1949. The book is about what means to be born as a woman in this society. What impress me the most about it, that’s was written so many years ago, but we still dealing with the same problems. The book made me wonder a lot, and it was hard for me to read it sometimes because I had to look for many concept I didn’t know the meaning and that’s another reason why I liked it so much.

Iguazú Falls 🌴💕

Hi readers! Today I'm going to write about my best holidays. They were on January 2015 and I went to Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay for three weeks. I went with three friends and we had an amazing time. We visited beautiful cities such as Buenos Aires, Asunción, Montevideo, Colonia de Sacramentos, Punta del Este and some others of the Uruguay's coast. But the most impressive place we visited was the Iguazú Falls, it's hard for me to describe the feeling I had when I was there, but I'll try to tell you guys the experience that we had.

We had to travel from Buenos Aires to Iguazú, BY BUS. So after a 17 hours trip we got to the district in the morning and looked for accommodation, after we found a nice and cheap hostel, we started the adventure. It took us about 20 minutes by bus to the National Park and at the very first minute we went inside, we were amazed. It was different from all that I've seen before, the Flora and Fauna were different, they were monkeys and coatis running around with us, and the waterfalls were unbelievable beautiful. We spent the whole day walking around, taking a lot of pictures and just enjoying this gift from nature. I truly hope you all have the opportunity to visit this place!
